Terms of Service

The Service lets you browse PUBG tournament, team, and player records, save favorite teams and players, and take part in prediction features. Most browsing features are available without an account.

• "User" means anyone who uses the Service, with or without an account.
• "Member" means a User who has created an account.
• "Points" means virtual points used inside the Service for predictions and their settlement.
• "Content" means all information published on the Service, including tournament records, statistics, team and player information, images, and text.

We may update these Terms within the limits of applicable law. We will post a notice in the Service, with the effective date and the reason, at least 7 days before the change takes effect (30 days for changes that are unfavorable to you). If you keep using the Service after the effective date, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you can delete your account at any time.

• You must be at least 14 years old to create an account with an email address or a Google account.
• We may require email verification, and you must provide accurate information.
• Nicknames are 4 to 20 characters and must be unique. We may ask you to change, or restrict, a nickname that impersonates someone, suggests an affiliation with us or a player, or is offensive.
• You may not create multiple accounts to gain predictions or Points unfairly.

• You are responsible for your account and password, and may not transfer, lend, or share your account.
• Tell us immediately if you suspect that your account has been used without your permission.
• To protect accounts, the Service temporarily blocks sign-in after repeated failed attempts and limits how often a password or email can be changed. You can add two-factor authentication in My Page.
• We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to keep your account secure, unless caused by our intent or gross negligence.

We may change or suspend all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons, and will give advance notice of changes that significantly affect you. The Service may be interrupted without notice for unavoidable reasons such as natural disasters, outages, or failures of third-party services (data sources, hosting).

The Service is free. If we introduce paid features, we will explain their terms separately and ask for your consent.

• Predictions are a just-for-fun way to guess tournament results. Nothing of monetary or other real-world value is wagered.
• Points are virtual and usable only inside the Service. They cannot be exchanged for cash or anything of value, and cannot be transferred.
• Predictions can be submitted and changed only until they close. Answers and settlement follow the tournament's official results; if a result is corrected or a prediction is voided, Points already awarded may be adjusted or reclaimed.
• Points obtained by improper means (multiple accounts, automation, exploiting bugs) will be reclaimed, and use of the Service may be restricted.
• When you delete your account, your Points and prediction history are deleted and cannot be restored.

You may not:

• Use someone else's information or provide false information
• Gain unauthorized access to the Service or accounts, circumvent security measures such as sign-in lockouts or bot protection, or exploit vulnerabilities
• Send excessive automated requests that burden the Service or disrupt its operation
• Manipulate ads or encourage invalid clicks
• Bulk-collect Content to redistribute or sell it without our prior consent
• Break the law or otherwise interfere with the normal operation of the Service

We own the Service's layout, design, original text, and the statistics we compile. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Some match data comes from the public API provided by KRAFTON, Inc. "PUBG" and other game, team, and tournament names, logos, and player images belong to their respective owners. The Service is an unofficial fan-run site and is not affiliated with or endorsed by KRAFTON, Inc. or any tournament organizer.

If you believe Content infringes your rights, email pubghistory2026@gmail.com. After checking, we will correct or remove it promptly.

We may show ads, including through Google AdSense, to cover running costs. Cookies related to ads are covered by the Privacy Policy. We are not a party to, and not responsible for, dealings between you and advertisers.

• You can delete your account at any time under "Delete account" in My Page. Data linked to the account is then deleted immediately.
• If you violate these Terms or the law, we may warn you, limit features, or suspend or delete your account, and will explain why where possible. Where there is an urgent security risk, we may act first and explain afterward.
• If you disagree with an action, email pubghistory2026@gmail.com; we will review it and reply.

• Records and statistics are compiled from public and third-party data. We do not guarantee that they are accurate, complete, or up to date. If you find an error, tell us and we will fix it.
• We are not liable for interruptions or losses caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, third-party outages, or your own fault.
• Because the Service is free, to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from its use unless caused by our intent or gross negligence.
• Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms and any dispute about the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. We will first try in good faith to resolve disputes by discussion; if that fails, any lawsuit will be brought in the court that has jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
